Square coin wallet, bifold or trifold
The square format is the coin wallet in the strict sense: two compartments, coins on one side, cards and a few folded notes on the other. The bifold keeps the classic wallet shape and adds a flap pocket for change. The trifold puts cards on the left, notes in the middle and coins on the right.
Snap, zip or gusset
A snap pocket opens with one hand and keeps coins together when you unfold the wallet. A zip holds everything, even upside down, at the cost of one more gesture. A gusset expands with the amount of change and flattens again once emptied.
Cowhide or PU leather
Cowhide develops a patina where the hand rubs it and likes a little cream once or twice a year. PU leather keeps an even surface, copes well with pocket moisture and needs no care at all. Front pocket models without a coin compartment are in our small wallets for men, and wallets with a contactless blocking lining in our RFID wallets for men.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a coin purse separate from my wallet?
Not necessarily. A wallet with a coin pocket saves carrying two objects; a separate coin purse stays handier if you keep a lot of change.
Does PU leather last?
Yes, for daily use. It is a different material from cowhide, light and even, which does not patina but does not mark either.
