All our orders are shipped with a tracking number. This page sums up delivery times, tracking and special cases. It supplements article 8 of our terms and conditions of sale.

How long does delivery take?

Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 24 to 48 working hours. Delivery to mainland France then takes between 5 and 15 working days, with an average of 8 days. For other countries, allow a few more working days. The delivery time of each item is shown on its product page.

How much does shipping cost?

  • France and Europe: €4.99, and free shipping on orders from €69.
  • French overseas departments and territories: €70.
  • Rest of the world: €14.99.

The exact amount is shown in the basket according to your address, before payment. No charge is added after the order is confirmed.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track your order page.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, as long as the order has not shipped: write to us as soon as possible at [email protected]. Once the parcel is with the carrier, the address can no longer be changed. For an order paid with PayPal, the address is locked as soon as the order is confirmed.

Delay or parcel not received

If there is a delay, we let you know by email. If the legal deadline is exceeded, you can ask for the order to be cancelled and refunded, in accordance with article L.216-2 of the French Consumer Code. Contact us with your order number and we open an investigation with the carrier.
