This waxed canvas backpack for men measures 33 x 15.5 x 47 cm (about 13 x 6 x 18.5 in) for 20 to 35 litres and 1.3 kg: big enough to serve as a weekend travel bag, with a dedicated laptop layer for everyday commutes. Its large cowhide leather flap closes with two buckled straps, above a drawstring.
Waxed canvas and a cowhide leather flap
The body is cut from a thick waxed canvas with a marbled look that differs from one bag to the next. The flap, the straps and the pocket edging are full grain cowhide leather, set off by rivets and brass-toned metal buckles. The inside is lined with polyester.
Flap pockets and a laptop compartment
A flap pocket sits on the front of the bag, flanked by two side flap pockets, each closed with buckled straps: they hold what you want within reach, such as a map, a bottle or a charger. Inside the main compartment, a slip pocket, a phone pocket and a layer meant for a laptop keep the contents organised.
