Frequently asked questions

When are my points credited?

As soon as your order is confirmed. They are removed if the order is cancelled or refunded, and any points you used are given back.

Do I keep my points from the previous programme?

Yes. Balances were carried over point for point into your My Sacoche Monsieur Club area.

How do I use my points?

Log in, then click "Use my points" in your cart or at checkout. From 100 points, up to half of the item total.

How is the referral reward in euros paid?

By PayPal or bank transfer, in euros, on request from your area, from €30. Each reward is confirmed 30 days after your friend's purchase.
