Luxury Briefcase for Men

A luxury briefcase for men is judged on its leather first. This collection brings together our briefcases in genuine leather, full grain or full thickness cowhide, checked one by one: all take an A4 folder, and most a laptop. Other work formats in every material are in our men's briefcases.

Full grain or full thickness

Full grain keeps the top layer of the hide and its original grain, so it develops a patina instead of marking. One model here is a 47 cm full grain briefcase with two front pockets, wide enough for a folder, a charger and a notebook. Another uses full thickness cowhide that has not been split, lined with canvas, in a structured shape that stands up on its own. Soft cowhide folds under the hand instead of keeping a rigid shape.

The laptop compartment

A work briefcase carries a laptop as often as papers. Several models separate a 15 inch compartment from the documents; check the width of your machine against the inner size on each product page. For rigid formats with a handle, see our leather briefcases for men, and for flap models our leather satchels for men.

Frequently asked questions

Will a 15 inch laptop fit?

In most models here, yes, and each product page gives the size accepted. Compare the width of your laptop with the inner dimensions rather than its diagonal.

How do I care for a leather briefcase?

A soft cloth for dust, a colourless conditioning cream once or twice a year, and drying away from a radiator after rain.
