Returns and refund policy - Sacoche Monsieur

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return an item and get a refund, with no need to give a reason. This page sums up the procedure. It supplements article 6 of our terms and conditions of sale.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. Sacoche Monsieur accepts returns and exchanges for 30 days after delivery, on every item in the catalogue, with three exceptions set by the French Consumer Code: personalised or made-to-measure products, unsealed products that cannot be taken back for hygiene reasons, and products likely to deteriorate quickly.

The item must come back in its original, complete condition: packaging, accessories and instructions.

How do I return an item?

Write to us at [email protected] with your order number and the item concerned. You can also use the contact form.
We reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions. Do not send any parcel before you receive this address: it must appear on the return label.
Send the parcel with the carrier of your choice, preferably with a tracking number, and keep the proof of postage.
We inspect the item on arrival and confirm the return by email.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is paid by the customer when they change their mind. If the item received is faulty or does not match your order, return shipping is refunded on proof of cost, under the legal guarantee of conformity.

How soon am I refunded?

The refund is made within 14 days at most of receiving the returned parcel, to the payment method used for the order. You receive a confirmation email as soon as the return is approved.

Faulty or non-conforming item

All our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 to L.217-17 of the French Consumer Code) and by the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the defect: the item is repaired, exchanged or refunded, depending on the case.
