When the strap gives out before the bag
The bag itself is still perfect. It is the strap that failed: stitching coming undone near the hook, webbing fraying, or simply a width too narrow that digs into your shoulder as soon as the bag is loaded. Replacing the strap costs a fraction of a new bag, and gives the bag back the years it still has.
A replacement strap that fits almost anything
Two swivelling metal snap hooks, continuous adjustment through a sliding buckle, and a tightly woven nylon band. The swivelling hooks matter more than you would think: they stop the strap twisting when you move the bag from one shoulder to the other.
Three widths, because comfort depends on the load
For a clutch or a small satchel. Discreet, it does not break the line of a jacket.
The common compromise. Spreads the weight of a work bag without being bulky.
For a loaded bag, a laptop or a travel bag. This is the width that genuinely relieves the shoulder.
Three buckle finishes
Matt black, gold and silver. Matt black disappears on a dark bag, gold warms up brown leather, silver matches nickel zips. A small detail, still a visible one.
Woven nylon, and why it is the right choice here
A strap takes the rain, rubs against clothing and carries the whole weight of the bag. Woven nylon handles that without marking and wipes clean, where a leather strap hollows out and loses colour at the friction points. This is not a default choice, it is the material suited to the part that works hardest.
What to check before ordering
Measure the opening of your bag’s rings. These hooks fit a standard ring, but a bag with very small rings may need a finer clip.

We work to prepare your order with care and to make the products as quickly as we can. Delivery within mainland France usually takes between 5 and 15 working days, averaging 8 days.
For the rest of the world, delivery may take a few extra working days.

Once your item or items have shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order with the carrier.
If you need to change the delivery details after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Delivery details, in particular the delivery address, can no longer be changed once the order has shipped.
Please note that delivery details for orders placed with PayPal can no longer be changed once the order is confirmed.
At present we can only handle one delivery address per order. To have your items sent to different addresses, please place one order per delivery address.

When you place an order, your billing address must match the details linked to your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank for assistance.
If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us through the contact form as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to meet your request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once it has been placed. After payment has been approved, orders can no longer be cancelled or changed; you may return your item in line with the Sacoche Monsieur online returns policy.
Once placed, orders for made-to-order or personalised items cannot be cancelled or changed. The sale of these items is final and they cannot be returned.
Returns and exchanges are possible within 30 days of the delivery date, by sending your items back via carrier to the address that will be given by email; that address must appear on the return label. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Goods returned by post to our warehouse will be processed within 14 working days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been approved. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Additional charges for Saturday delivery are not refundable.
