A bag without ornament dates more slowly and matches more outfits. That is an aesthetic argument but also an economic one: the same bag covers the office, a meeting and the weekend, where three bags would otherwise be needed.
Thirty nine centimetres wide, thirteen deep. A 14 inch laptop, an A4 folder, a pouch and a bottle. The coated fabric blocks water and wipes clean with a sponge, where bare cloth would absorb the mark. The coating can craze if the bag is folded hard in the same place, so let it keep its shape rather than compressing it.
