We work to prepare your order with care and to make the products as quickly as we can. Delivery within mainland France usually takes between 5 and 15 working days, averaging 8 days.
For the rest of the world, delivery may take a few extra working days.

Once your item or items have shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order with the carrier.
If you need to change the delivery details after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Delivery details, in particular the delivery address, can no longer be changed once the order has shipped.
Please note that delivery details for orders placed with PayPal can no longer be changed once the order is confirmed.
At present we can only handle one delivery address per order. To have your items sent to different addresses, please place one order per delivery address.

Once placed, orders for made-to-order or personalised items cannot be cancelled or changed. The sale of these items is final and they cannot be returned.
Returns and exchanges are possible within 30 days of the delivery date, by sending your items back via carrier to the address that will be given by email; that address must appear on the return label. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

The bag fits very well. The front zip, which goes down halfway, is made of robust metal – a bit stiff, but I like the fact that it stays in place instead of moving. Inside, there is also a very practical rotating clip to hang your keys. I found that really useful, as well as the elastic tool loops. The fabric on the front is thick and solid, it doesn't look cheap at all. There was an inscription on the back, but I simply removed the clip straps, like on a backpack, then I turned it around: now, it is perfect.
