Description
This leather bag strap is made for bucket bags and small formats. Its reduced width respects the proportions of a compact bag, where a wide strap visually crushes the object and makes it look heavier than it is.
Proportion first
On a small bag the strap takes up a large share of the eye. A slim width lengthens the bag’s outline, a heavy width squashes it. The point is not only visual: an oversized strap also gets in the way of the opening on a bucket bag, whose neck draws in.
