A pack this size fills past sense very quickly: weight becomes the limit long before space, so load heavy low and close to your back. What it is not: cabin luggage, it exceeds every allowance without exception, and not a hiking pack with adjustable suspension, since without a padded hip belt the load stays on your shoulders. We would rather say so than leave the disappointment for delivery day.

We work to prepare your order with care and to make the products as quickly as we can. Delivery within mainland France usually takes between 5 and 15 working days, averaging 8 days.
For the rest of the world, delivery may take a few extra working days.
Our team works to speed up this process without compromising the quality of our products, so that you receive your order as quickly as possible. We do everything we can to shorten these times.
Once your item or items have shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order with the carrier.
If you need to change the delivery details after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Delivery details, in particular the delivery address, can no longer be changed once the order has shipped.
Please note that delivery details for orders placed with PayPal can no longer be changed once the order is confirmed.
At present we can only handle one delivery address per order. To have your items sent to different addresses, please place one order per delivery address.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us through the contact form as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to meet your request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once it has been placed. After payment has been approved, orders can no longer be cancelled or changed; you may return your item in line with the Sacoche Monsieur online returns policy.
Once placed, orders for made-to-order or personalised items cannot be cancelled or changed. The sale of these items is final and they cannot be returned.
Returns and exchanges are possible within 30 days of the delivery date, by sending your items back via carrier to the address that will be given by email; that address must appear on the return label. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Le compartiment principal est très spacieux, idéal pour la randonnée ou les achats volumineux. La poche plus petite peut contenir un ordinateur portable de taille moyenne et des tablettes, par exemple. Parmi les inconvénients : les poignées auraient pu être plus proches des bords. Le sac à dos est arrivé avec des accessoires endommagés. De plus, comme cela a déjà été écrit ici, les fermetures éclair sont de qualité douteuse. Elles sont arrivées mal fermées, comme si elles étaient cassées. Je les ai juste complètement ouvertes et refermées et tout semble normal, mais sachez qu'elles peuvent se casser si vous ne les utilisez pas avec précaution. Dans l'ensemble, la note est de 4/5.
