Please note that delivery details for orders placed with PayPal can no longer be changed once the order is confirmed.
At present we can only handle one delivery address per order. To have your items sent to different addresses, please place one order per delivery address.

We will do everything we can to meet your request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once it has been placed. After payment has been approved, orders can no longer be cancelled or changed; you may return your item in line with the Sacoche Monsieur online returns policy.
Once placed, orders for made-to-order or personalised items cannot be cancelled or changed. The sale of these items is final and they cannot be returned.
Returns and exchanges are possible within 30 days of the delivery date, by sending your items back via carrier to the address that will be given by email; that address must appear on the return label. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Goods returned by post to our warehouse will be processed within 14 working days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been approved. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Additional charges for Saturday delivery are not refundable.

La qualité est meilleure que prévu. C’est économique, le cuir artificiel à l’extérieur n’est pas aussi mauvais que je le pensais, et la texture n’est pas mauvaise non plus. D’autres personnes se plaignaient de l’odeur, mais je n’ai pas senti grand-chose d’odeur du tout ; peut-être est-ce parce que j’ai choisi un produit bien sélectionné ? Ce n’est pas très grand, mais c’est suffisamment spacieux pour contenir un ordinateur portable et divers autres articles.

Le sac est arrivé très rapidement. La qualité est correcte. C’est la deuxième fois que je commande dans cette boutique. Le sac que j’ai commandé cette fois-ci s’est avéré être plus grand, et il manque également une poche latérale intérieure. Je suis un peu déçu car je n’avais pas besoin d’un sac encore plus grand que le précédent, et l’absence de poches intérieures est particulièrement frustrante. Mais dans l’ensemble, le sac n’est pas mauvais.
