After payment has been approved, orders can no longer be cancelled or changed; you may return your item in line with the Sacoche Monsieur online returns policy.
Once placed, orders for made-to-order or personalised items cannot be cancelled or changed. The sale of these items is final and they cannot be returned.
Returns and exchanges are possible within 30 days of the delivery date, by sending your items back via carrier to the address that will be given by email; that address must appear on the return label. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

I'm really impressed by this backpack! It arrived with a very nice dust cover bag, which I thought was a great touch. It's perfect for storing the backpack when you're not using it and it helps keep it in great condition. The backpack looks exactly like the photos.
