For the rest of the world, delivery may take a few extra working days.

After payment has been approved, orders can no longer be cancelled or changed; you may return your item in line with the Sacoche Monsieur online returns policy.
Once placed, orders for made-to-order or personalised items cannot be cancelled or changed. The sale of these items is final and they cannot be returned.
Returns and exchanges are possible within 30 days of the delivery date, by sending your items back via carrier to the address that will be given by email; that address must appear on the return label. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

I loved this backpack, it was a gift for my husband and he is happy with the capacity it has, when the package arrived I noticed that there was a small defect, but I guess it was the postal service, even if the backpack arrived in perfect condition they didn't manage to cut anything from the backpack, I highly recommend it.

The best bag I've ever had in terms of space. You have to understand that it's almost a backpack and the feeling when you have it on the front is that it's too big, but, if your need like mine is to put a 10" tablet with everything and its case, and cases for chargers, cables, wallet, lamp, etc, it's perfect. The sturdy materials, maybe the detail of the front side in velvet-type material, is the only thing I didn't like, because I think that as it is very resistant, it could be entirely in waterproof and easy to clean material.
