Description
This leather bag strap is cut from veg tanned cowhide, a material that darkens and patinates with use instead of wearing out. It clips onto the rings of an existing bag with swivel hooks and replaces a factory strap that is too short, damaged, or made of webbing.
What veg tanning changes
Leather tanned with plant extracts starts light and deepens under light and contact. Every strap ends up with a colour of its own after a few months. Chrome tanned leather, far more common, keeps its original shade and does not evolve.
Choosing your length
Measure from one attachment point to the other, over the shoulder, on a bag you already carry the way you like. Around 100 cm for shoulder carry, 120 to 130 cm for crossbody, more over a heavy coat. The adjuster then covers a few centimetres either way.

Care
A strap always folds in the same place. A nourishing balm two or three times a year keeps that fold from becoming a crack. Do not store it tightly coiled for months.

We work to prepare your order with care and to make the products as quickly as we can. Delivery within mainland France usually takes between 5 and 15 working days, averaging 8 days.
For the rest of the world, delivery may take a few extra working days.

Please note that delivery details for orders placed with PayPal can no longer be changed once the order is confirmed.
At present we can only handle one delivery address per order. To have your items sent to different addresses, please place one order per delivery address.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us through the contact form as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to meet your request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once it has been placed. After payment has been approved, orders can no longer be cancelled or changed; you may return your item in line with the Sacoche Monsieur online returns policy.
Once placed, orders for made-to-order or personalised items cannot be cancelled or changed. The sale of these items is final and they cannot be returned.
Returns and exchanges are possible within 30 days of the delivery date, by sending your items back via carrier to the address that will be given by email; that address must appear on the return label. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Goods returned by post to our warehouse will be processed within 14 working days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been approved. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Additional charges for Saturday delivery are not refundable.
