Du cuir PU, sans ambiguïté
La matière principale est du cuir PU. Il ne prendra pas de patine, il n’est pas du cuir de vachette, et nous ne l’écrirons pas autrement. Il garde en revanche son aspect neuf plus longtemps qu’un cuir laissé sans entretien.
Une matière souple
La dureté annoncée est souple. Le sac épouse la hanche au lieu de rebondir, ce qui est le confort recherché sur un port en bandoulière longue durée.

For the rest of the world, delivery may take a few extra working days.

Once your item or items have shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order with the carrier.
If you need to change the delivery details after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Delivery details, in particular the delivery address, can no longer be changed once the order has shipped.
Please note that delivery details for orders placed with PayPal can no longer be changed once the order is confirmed.
At present we can only handle one delivery address per order. To have your items sent to different addresses, please place one order per delivery address.

After payment has been approved, orders can no longer be cancelled or changed; you may return your item in line with the Sacoche Monsieur online returns policy.
Once placed, orders for made-to-order or personalised items cannot be cancelled or changed. The sale of these items is final and they cannot be returned.
Returns and exchanges are possible within 30 days of the delivery date, by sending your items back via carrier to the address that will be given by email; that address must appear on the return label. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Goods returned by post to our warehouse will be processed within 14 working days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been approved. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Additional charges for Saturday delivery are not refundable.
