A leather mens messenger bag that differs on a point product pages rarely mention: the lining itself is leather, not polyester. The bag therefore weighs less than its volume suggests, 600 grams for 40 x 30 x 10 cm.
A textile lining tears at the corners after two or three years and repairing it means unstitching the bag; a leather lining wears at the same pace as the outside, so the bag ages as one piece. The five finishes fall into two families: blacks stay stable, browns and coffee darken and gain contrast at the rub points within a year.

For the rest of the world, delivery may take a few extra working days.

If you need to change the delivery details after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Delivery details, in particular the delivery address, can no longer be changed once the order has shipped.
Please note that delivery details for orders placed with PayPal can no longer be changed once the order is confirmed.
At present we can only handle one delivery address per order. To have your items sent to different addresses, please place one order per delivery address.

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us through the contact form as soon as possible. We will do everything we can to meet your request, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed once it has been placed. After payment has been approved, orders can no longer be cancelled or changed; you may return your item in line with the Sacoche Monsieur online returns policy.
Once placed, orders for made-to-order or personalised items cannot be cancelled or changed. The sale of these items is final and they cannot be returned.
Returns and exchanges are possible within 30 days of the delivery date, by sending your items back via carrier to the address that will be given by email; that address must appear on the return label. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Goods returned by post to our warehouse will be processed within 14 working days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been approved. Refunds are credited to the original payment method. Additional charges for Saturday delivery are not refundable.
